This was a hoarding clean up we recently completed. This job involved mold removal, disinfecting, sanitizing, and moving out 8 loads of debris. We also steam cleaned floors, walls, and ceilings.

A customer contacted us for a severe odor issue in the home compounded with a hoarding issue. There were 5 cats living in the home with free rein of the home to make there messes. Lots of fecal and urine matter throughout the home. We used a hydroxyl generator and chlorine dioxide to aid in the removal of the severe odor in the home.

The toilet leak affected the living room, two bedrooms, family room and laundry room. We brought in industrial drying fans and dehumidifiers to dry the affected area. We removed the affected drywall and flooring so they could begin the rebuilding process. The customer was grateful for our prompt response to prevent any further damage and mold growth.

Water damage restoration we extracted did some demo. We used water extraction tools and wands, dehumidifier's a desiccant dehumidifier which dries a structure very fast. Several air movers and air filtration devices were used on this job. It turned out great and the owner was very satisfied
