The customer called us because their dog got sick and made several messes on the floor. We treated the stains to remove the dog feces and urine restoring it to the original color. We also applied the carpet pet treatment to prevent the scent so their dog would not return to the area to use the bathroom again. The customer was thrilled we were able to save their carpet and that it prevented further issues.
